Fun and effective water elemental build
After playing around with a water ele and realizing how well it worked with warriors on the team, it made sense to mix the two.
Here's an El/war build I've been using in the droks arena to great success.
Attributes: 11+4 water, 4+1 energy storage, 10 swordsmanship, 9 tactics.
Use a shield with dmg resist while enchanted, and an icy hilt sword with +dmg while enchanted. I use pyromancers armor because of all the smiters and the builds melee necessity.
Skills: Water Trident, Galrath Slash, Sever Artery, Gash, Frozen burst, armor of mist, Conjure Frost, res signet.
The speed with AOM combined with knockdown and slow capability make this an extremely fun build. I can kite warriors around, have crazy damage capability, and make running impossible. Frozen burst is also very powerful, and I often hit 3 enemies at a time with it.
I tried war primary, and found it to be waaay inferior, ele runes and high energy are a must for this build, most of its damage comes from the ele side, and str provides alot less benefit for this than a normal warrior (it only effects attack skills, not attacks in general).
I considered going axe instead of sword but heard it was reliant upon elites before. I'm also not very experienced with wars, and was wondering if there are a better 3 adrenaline using skills I could take (current ones work great, just wondering if I can tweak it to be a bit better). I cannot go hammer, as a shield is necessary for survival.
