My elementalist build:
Attribute Points: Air 12, Earth 13, Energy Storage 11
Skills: Obsidian Flame, Enervating Charge, Stoning, Shock, Aftershock, Crystal Wave, [other] ,Obsidian Flesh
Best Against: Elementalists, (most) Warriors, (most) Mesmers, (some) Monks, (most) Necromancers
Worst Against: (most) Rangers
I usually use a Rez Sig or Armor of Earth in the [other] slot, and can tank most warriors, elementalists, mesmers, and necros. It's worked good for me, but what are your opinions on it?

Great ! I used to build same as u, the only diff is i mainly use Air Attacking Direct dmg skills, the take Earth as defense side

That 's right, but assume in battle guild, most of mesmers r busy to deal with monk, as caster, support attack position, u need to have off and def skills as well
1/Offense to go for any call target
2/Def to deal with W,R,other caster attack u
As i know, pple never call target to Ele at beginning, pple go for Monk, Mesmer, then Ranger, Ele, W at last.
U 'r free to attack.
