Here's my lame fire nuker pve build I just made up. Use the glyph to snare with the water skill, then turn on SQ and bomb with meteor so they can't get away.. load out on the rest of the skills, and switch to a composite bow and Oath Shot before your snare wears off, so you can do it again. Maybe you could use Glyph of Renewal in here instead, but the thing is, you really need that instant cast on Deep Freeze.. don't know how that would work.

The idea here is kill one thing, and let EoE do the rest. AoE not needed.. don't know what else you'd need to make it work.
