Like all elite skills, you have to capture it using signet of capture from the drake boss in perdition rock.

I just got it today. Perdition Rock is an island area to the far west and south on the map. You get there after going thru ascension in the desert and then the Southern Shiverpeaks missions. It was my 1st elite skill capture! I was so excited.

it's in the bottom left corner of the map.

Perdition Rock is the patch of land you have to cross to get to the 1st mission (Ring of Fire) on that group of Islands, which contains the last set of missions in the game.

You have to complete the Thunderhead Keep mission to get to the volcanic islands. Perdition Rock is the area outside of the Ember Light Camp outpost.

To Gotrum, you get Signet of Capture after you complete the Orrian Excavation quest in Lion's Arch.

Does this stack with other Attunements? Ex. Cast Fire Attunement then Elemental Attunement to recover 80% energy.

its a gr8 inttunment best used i fow and u can have a smaler enegy bar as it keeps u going 4 a long time

As a note in general about the attunements;

They stack, but they're applied individually.

Some builds mention using dual attunements and saying that 5 cost skills would be rendered to a mere 1 energy used, which is wholly untrue.

Whenever there's a 5 (odd numbered) cost involved on a skill, you automatically lose 1 energy than the theoretical 80% refund would yield, as each attunement automatically truncuates at the integer value (not the same as rounding).

Wow This is Very Good for Mesmer/Elementist in my opinion since if u cast fire attunment and this and then meteor shower with fast cast on and then do echo u can have:
1) cheap good aoe
2) fast cast
3) and more than one aoe without recharge.

Has this changed in recent updates? I have been hunting for geckokaru for days but looks like there is a new drake boss??
