Im not sure why your splitting these 2 attributes if your maxed out in 2 Ele atributes. Backfire isnt gonna do like 40 dmg at level 2 when you could bring fireball and do over 100 dmg. if you take off a point on energy storage stick those in Inspiration you wont loose as much energy if you get dazed or something. Ive never used glyph of energy but it looks like a great skill. Mabye instead of Backfire u could bring shatter enchantment or Drain Enchantment so your attacks will do more dmg if say the target had prot spirit or life bond on. Very Nice builds.

first build was made basacly for tomb of primeval kings ruins , the back fire does 48 dmg actualy , and thats not the point , the point is 10 sec duration , believe it or not , it works quite good on the web terrors , those 10 sec they almost do nothing.

and those 2 tributes points in inspiration makes mantra of resolve last 48 sec , i will check this numbers and correct if needed , cose now im at work. but i know its more then good since the recharge time is 20.

15 atributes in energy storage with rago flame staff gives me 90 energy witch im very used to have i wont take one single point from there , with 16 in fire , fire ball does 119 , i dont know what u r saying i could add more to that.

You'd be suprised how many casters you can fake out with a 'fake' Backfire. Although it's an expensive fake.

why expencive ? 1 skill slot , 2 in domination ?
its cheap , and im fooling A.I. not humans , hehe this is not for pvp
