E/Me or E/Mo. Which one you should play depends on the kinds of problems you're having in PvE. If you're getting overrun frequently by bad pulls or pops or whatever, go E/Mo and pump the Heal Parties. The skill is amazing in PvE where the damage is virtually always predictable. On the other hand E/Me is a stronger character for leading a team of henchies, as you can adjust your /Me stuff to deal with specific problems in a mission much easier. A lot of monsters have skill sets that randomly own henchmen (Mark of Protection, bosses with ridiculous AoE, etc), and the mesmer stuff (enchant removal, interrupts) will let you deal with that when your henchmen cannot.
Basically the E/Mo is the best Heal Party in the game (and any character that maximizes an overpowered skill gets a lot of points in my book), while the E/Me is a toolbox character with a lot of physical (ele) and caster (mes) hate to slot as neccessary.
