water is my favorite because slowing down touch rangers or anything thats chasing me then spamming Water trident as they try to run away...very fun.

I use only air and earth right now, because of their versatility, but im gonna switch to water and fire too.

I`m playing fire, echo nuker build.And I`m pretty satisfied with dmg I`m dealing. But I`m using it only in PvE, due to the fact that this is my first and only char and I`m trying to get all the sklz and weapon sets. But we will see how will I do in PvP...

Solo in PvE - Earth
Group in PvE - Fire
PvP - Water

The only time I find myself using Air is when I join up with a few elementalists to run Air Spike.

i got a question as i a completly new to GW :

when u r a Elementalist is just manna and that stff u use or do you acculty use runes? u know like air runes and fire runes and so on?

i like using all elements and i hate people who specialise in one,
it has be earth for me
i love skills like earthquake and aftershock, not forgetting SHOCKWAVE, i love those skills (mainly the sounds), aslo not forgeting all the deffensive skills that earth has in its arrtibutes.

so most definately earth.

Im a fire person.
Its just so fun to see 100 dmg signs pop up everywere plus fire storm and metor or fire ball.

I used fire and got my protecter of cantha no problem.

I major in fire and minor in air.
fire: echo nuker is still popular in PvE ralm. FoW, Cantha,Tyria. other build is nuker with Flare + Immolate spamming
Air : my amazing 2 man SSkai farm (I can make anyone tank in front of him) and I found Air is good in Jade Sea. I use it once on AB, seem work well too. it is a shut down build against those dealt physical damage (enervating charge + blind + ignorance to seal up Signets and Attacks)

Hmmm, since Factions came out, mark of rodgort and fire spells made a comeback in my life (esp in PvP). Starburst is awesome!! Downside is need a lot of skill to use the mark of rodgor+teleport+starburst thing. Gets killed easily too :P

Well if i had to choose i think it would have to be fire,..though i know that fire has so many "critisisms" to it but it can be useful espcially due to somany of the spells being area of effect but all of them are so different so none is really "better" than the other
