136 with -2 regen
126 with -1 regen
114 with normal regen
thats with all attunements runes except for a sup ES it would be more practical to use a sup vigor and a minor ele rune so -4 energy off those numbers if you want practical numbers

You wind up running on two pips of regen, you have a max of 12 in your element line, your armor insignia is terrible, all your runes suck (rune of attunement is absolutely terrible) and your health sucks (no vitae, sup vigor).
You wind up having 150 energy, however you have to spend it all on being a scrub.
If anyone ever does this seriously, I have an alternative. Right click 'my computer' on your desktop. Left click 'delete'. Make sure to empty your recycle bin.

Could you possibly break that down for me mate?
I mean as per what you're saying, With Sup Vigor + Minor E + One Sup Ele Rune, you should be able to have (114-4) -2 = 108 Energy!
I'm guessing there some NF Armor bonus' involved there, but even so, I'd appriciate if you could break that down for me to like
+5 + 12 + 15 (-1) (wand/artifact combo)
+4 Attunement Runes
+?? Base E Pool at 12 (+1) Energy Storage
so on . .
(also, what enchants/weapons/offhands do you mean with the -2 regen?)
Edit:
Wiki to the rescue... Got the info off the link provided above . .

Too vague. E.g., are you counting the plus energy/minus regen weapon sets?
Better you just do the arithmetic yourself.

Well with newbie PVP ele stuff and no real energy storage runes I managed to get about 102 energy, might be able to get more with energy storage 16 instead of 10-12 though

Something like
3x16=48(from energy storage)
Wand with 15 -1
offhand with 15-1 +12 inherent=27
then 5 attunments = 10
ofcourse the radiant insignias give 8 iirc
and base enegry is 30 orso?
makes 138, probably a bit off.

ok, I came up with 133 max energy but if you want the difinitive answer then I think this is likely it:
http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Energy_Storage
The wiki link comes to a total of 166 energy but it does include some conditional energy sources (ie morale, blessings etc).

Lets See....
20 (base)
+ 10 (Armor)
+ (1+1+1+2+3) (Radiant Insignas)
+ (2x4) (runes of Attunement)
+ (16x3)
+ (1x3) (God's Shrine in Cantha)
+ 18 (Ascalon Staff)
+ 10 (Avatar of Lyssa)
125 Energy by My count.
My PvP SF Ele is at 100 eng, good enough for me.

You can't have 5 Attunements and 16 Energy Storage. You need a space for a +3 ES rune.

o.o
That'd be interesting to see what kind of odd damage build could be run with that much energy.
Having said that, I never find myself in a bind for energy (unless extenuating circumstances, for which I have swap outs, runed armor, etc.). I usually run 75-80 energy, and I'm good with that.

It wouldn't be interesting, you couldn't run anything too effectively with that huge energy pool.
1) Once you use up the energy its gone...You are working off only 2 Energy Regen with which it would take almost 2 minutes to fully restore your energy pool.
2) Your Dmg will be laughable because you are using no runes (much less major or sup...no runes AT ALL)
3) Your health will be laughable = Easy to kill.
