Hey hey..!

I was just wandering, i saw this build on that PvXwiki site (sry i don't know how to insert a skill bar in the forum posts :S) so here's the link to it
I was wandering would that build be able to be used else where for running purposes? Or does anyone know a good running build for an ele?
I realise that elementalists may be limited to running builds. Also i'm new to being an elementalist, so i'm not too sure about builds just yet.
Advice, builds and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The only running build really worth mentioning for eles is

[skill]shadow form[/skill][skill]storm djinn's haste[/skill][skill]deadly paradox[/skill][skill]shadow of haste[/skill][skill]dash[/skill][skill]death's charge[/skill][skill]dark prison[/skill][skill]feigned neutrality[/skill]

It is, by far, the best general use runner. However, that build up there is designed to tank the end of sanctum cay, which it's perfectly fine at. Also, eles really aren't the best droks runners.

Yep, normally the profession combination for spellcasters are X/A when running. That build you mentioned is good for Chest Running I believe?

As for that build on PvX Wiki, it utilizes running skills to get to the end where you have to tank many White Mantle, and while running you don't use Obsidian Flesh at all so maybe you should replace that with something else.

I agree don't bring Obsidan Flesh and instead of strom haste bring flame haste instead, you will keep more energy. The 50% speed reduction from OF is a big sacrifice when RUNNING when the point is trying to get some where fast. Anyways I would run with my ele in the first place, there aren't ment for it. Just make another character and find a better build, i heard dervish is a good running class. I have been trying to make a good paragon running build too ^^

Storm djinns > flame djinns. The slower regaining of energy isn't that much of a problem.

Like holymasamune said, Storm Djinn's Haste is better in my opinion... Cast time is 0.25 seconds, and costs 5 Energy. As long as you're not using any 15/-1 mods, you're actually gaining 1 Energy in about every 3 seconds. In that build, Obsidian Flesh is only used to tank the White Mantle at the end of Sanctum Cay. If you use it while running to the end, you'll slow down the run and waste a spell.

You heard that Dervish are good at running? Actually, I think they're the best for running
