ok im new to elementists but heres my go at it i dont know yet f this will be good but i figure it should be fine

Summary: Pure fire mage. This build uses pretty high costing energy spells so manage your energy wisely. It shouldn't be a problem though. Just trying it out now but I figure it should be good.

Could be worse, really.

Mind burn is a pretty horrid elite. I strongly suggest mind blast for this build. That also allows you to bring nifty stuff like aegis, negates most of the need for GoLE, and is just all around cool.

Phoenix isn't very good. It's like a crappy version of fireball, since you'll never proc the point blank part if you're playing well.

I also suggest liquid flame over fireball, but both work. Liquid is nice for the larger AoE and fast cast. You may also want to look at searing heat, which can be pretty darned handy.

Immolate is meh in PvE.

Finally, eles love to throw stuff from their secondary on their bars. You've got the energy for it, find some useful stuff like aegis, convert hexes, weapon of warding, death pact signet, etc and jam it in there. It's neat.

First off you need to change your elite. I don't know what campaigns you have but Mind Blast, Savannah Heat, and even Searing Flames are better options. If you use Mind Blast ,which I recommend, you can pick a couple high damage high e-cost spells like Rodgorts Invocation and not worry about energy.

Second you need to get rid of Phoenix (I would get rid of Immolate too). PBAOE attacks like Phoenix require you to get way too close to your target and with only 60al you won't last long standing next to a warrior or dervish.

Hope that helps. Some other people who know more about fire magic can give you more in depth advice. But these basics should help.

Mind blast instead of Burn
liquid flame instead of pheonix.

and if you want throw on some aegis or heal party.

all of the above skills are from the prophecies campaign. is that the only campaign you have?
if so than your best bet for PvE will be dual attunements with AoE spells.
something along the lines of:
Liquid Flame
Fireball
Rodgort's Invocation
Glyph of Sacrifice
Meteor Showers
Elemental Attunement{E}
Fire Attunement
Aura of Restoration/Hard Res/utility
