So how many sets do you guys typically carry? Right now I have 3, one geomancer for my sliver armor build, one 55 set, and a standard Fire ele set. anyone use more than 3 sets?

I have 2 "sets".
One for normal playing (all geomancer, with on sup vigor rune)
One for 55ing (135ing actually)
Then i have 2 headpieces......one with sup fire, one with sup earth.
I have 3 sets of weapons.....an earth enchant staff, a fire staff with lots of extra energy, and a standard 55 totem axe/cesta.

I am going to get a few more headpieces, can use the fire set with a different headpiece if and when i change elements. Just wasn't sure if i was the only one taking up an entire bag with armor pieces lol.

A geomancer set to be used with Stone Striker, flat +20AL is a pretty sweet deal (then another +18AL from the shield and you're starting to feel a bit less squishy). That is, if you have ever solo farmed with an ele, survivor set is for the normal play.
Then headpieces with minors and superiors, again for normal play and solo farming.

Same. IMO +10 AL > +40 health.

I often go with blessed for the sake of my wallet, however in PvE mobs like hitting things with less health, so a survivors will help you more than armor.
In PvP the opposite is true.

Echoing this. If I remember correctly, about a year ago on these boards there was as strong debate (when these boards where of posting and debating...) on if Armor or Health was better.
Come to find out. *Edit* Armor owns over Health

The opposite is hardly true in PvP. If anything, it's more important to have health insignias in PvP than in PvE.
