What's not to get about 300HP/sec? It's a 1/4 cast spell with no recharge; it nets you more energy than you spend with only 2 cover enchantments; it outheals any monk because you're able to spam it.

When you need a protter, yes. But if all you need is to keep red bars up, a Renewal Infuser will do that better than a monk.

Replace Healing with Protection on the Ether Renewal Ele. Done. That's if Prot is even needed in this day and age with all the Save Yourself spamming going on.
