E/A Perma Form Build?
I was just wondering if anybody would be able to provide me with the E/A perma form build for UW HM groups. Nobody is accepting E/ME terra tanks anymore, as they all require E/A perma form builds but I don't have it. I looked on pvxwiki, but couldn't find anything.
If anybody could provide the build, the stats needed & tell me which runes/insignias are required, then it would be much appreciated, because at the moment I haven't really got a clue.
Thanks a lot.

E/A Peraform is non-existent, because as an elementalist, without consumables, you cannot have 13+ shadow arts

Which is why I said for "UW HM GROUPS" where consumables would most likely be used.

You need 14 points minimum in SA to give you the 2 sec window from recharge to recast time in order for [Glyph of Swiftness][Deadly Paradox][Shadow form] to work. For an E/A any perma build will work as long as your cons can boost your att's up 2 points in SA.

I just used a set of cons in order to test it out, and with GOS + DP + 20% enchant weapon, I was able to keep SF up constantly. It's just that I don't know what other skills are necessary to use for UW HM.

You cast Glyph of Swiftness and Deadly Paradox BEFORE Shadow Form recharges. Not after.

What he said ^^
If anybody has any idea what other skills are required for this to work (e.g. more dmg, energy management?) I'd appreciate knowing. Also, I'm not sure what type of runes to use on my armour either. I'm guessing 16 Earth Magic, 12 Shadow Arts and the rest in energy storage

<stoic idealist>I hate consumables, "fast" HM UW clears, Ursans, and perma Shadow Form</stoic idealist>
<resigned pragmatist>I've done "fast" HM UW clears with Ursans and cons, running an E/A perma "sin"</resigned pragmatist>
The first thing to keep in mind is this:
[Deadly Paradox][Shadow Form]
With a conset up, you need nothing else to keep you going.
Any additional "survival" skills depend heavily on the area you're covering:
[aura of restoration] or [feigned neutrality] for pits (masterless minions + AoE spells = need some self-healing).
[i am unstoppable!] or [ward of stability] for pools (KD is your worst enemy).
[stoneflesh aura] or [Feigned Neutrality] for smites (Zealot's Fire hurts).
[shadow of haste] is necessary to truly "solo" smites: activate it, run to reaper, wait for it to almost run out, take quest, tele back to the spawn point. Without the skill, you'll need to wait for someone to activate the quest for you.
Generally speaking, [Feigned Neutrality] and [i am unstoppable!] are good pretty much everywhere, as they provide healing and AL boost. KD/cripple protection from the shout helps for Charged Blackness and traps, which makes it useful for getting to pits as well.
Next, your damage:
Again, this can come from many sources, but will depend heavily on location and preference.
(The one exception is [sliver armor], which goes everywhere.)
[sliver armor][glyph of lesser energy][earth attunement][crystal wave][teinai's crystals] works well for pits (tested, approved).
[sliver armor][intensity][ebon battle standard of honor] is amazing with proper rank and setups (correct positioning and pulling), which makes it work wonders in the pools, specifically on the queen. (Also works great for killing Charging Blackness, which move into melee range and die to Sliver due to pre-aggroed Terrorweb Dryders.)
Fire works, too. [mark of rodgort][glyph of lesser energy][lava font][phoenix][flame djinn's haste][fire attunement] gives you a speed boost, degen, and a means of constant damage - albeit at the expense of defense, meaning you're stuck with pits and/or plains. (Don't even try smites: Smite Hex + Zealot's Fire + Lava Font's scatter = eaten alive.)
As for smites, I generally prefer to use a terra for them, simply because I can go E/Me for [sympathetic visage] and speed up the run by draining their energy. The tradeoff is moving slower and needing someone to activate quest, but at least you'll never be in danger of dying as I've seen many E/A and even non-Visage E/Me do. Something along the lines of [glyph of swiftness][obsidian flesh][stoneflesh aura][arcane echo][sliver armor][sympathetic visage][stone striker][mantra of earth] should work just fine, but if you insist on E/A, [sliver armor][intensity][ebon battle standard of honor][stoneflesh aura][shadow of haste][feigned neutrality] is probably what you'll want to run.
Generally speaking, it's sad that Shadow Form and Ursan Blessing have done so much to destroy build diversity in Guild Wars, but UW "speed clear" runs are all about efficiency. You'll either need to run the newest and greatest build, or GTFO. As a terra, you could stick to your guns and do smites, or pits, or even pools - but you will most likely get passed over unless there's a shortage of E/A permas simply because Shadow Form does not reduce speed the way Obsidian Flesh does.
