Default Build Modification Suggestion

I propose you change the build from that, to more along the lines of This.

[Glyph of Swiftness] [Ether Renewal] [Aura of Restoration] [Awaken The Blood] [Order of Pain] [Dark Fury] [Chilblains] [Eruption]

11 + 1 + 3 energy storage, 12 blood, 6 curses, spare points in earth. +20% enchanting weapon a must

Keeps up Ether renewal 100% of the time, Allows for 15/32 blind duration on foes for defensive applications, strips 2 enchantments from foes with chilblains after awaken the blood... Should work well.

-EDIT- you could also go 11 + 1 + 3 energy, 12 blood, 2 + 2 air, 6 curses, with 1 in earth.... allowing you to swap aura of restoration for Mindbender, if you have high asura rank. You would take 30 damage every DF/OoP if you have 500hp, wich you would only be 6% of your max health, easy to regain by casting other spells as well. (would need at least R9 asura to keep mindbender up 100% of the time)

Stats by doing it this way...
15 energy storage, 15 fast casting, 14 blood, 8 curses, 4 air, 1 earth.
Energy would be at the max all the time
Strip 2 enchantments from all foes every 9 seconds
give 15/31 blind duration
+15 damage buff
double adrenaline strikes

EDIT EDIT : if you use glyph of swiftness before eruption, it's 15/23 blind duration

personally i would stick to the dervish version because of the low recharge. with ether it is hard to maintain due to the low duration of ether and high recharge. this being said, your version is still a refreshing look at an orders, and would be a nice alternative. there are also a lot of variants that i could think of. (replacing both vampiric spells for glyph of swiftness or other spells.)

See my build for that variant :P

Edit : this build would also deal +2 more damage than dervish, and strip enchants/cause blind rather than have a mild party heal.

Ether Renewal was buffed quite some time ago. Look at wiki, and never pay attention to the skill description popups on this site.

I should have noted that this is primarily used as a hero build. I posted it here because of it's Elementalist+Ether Renewal focus. If the mods decide to move it, please do.

But at any rate, even Hero AI doesn't need glyph of swiftness. There is just very little to no probability that you are blowing 100+ energy in 10 seconds. If I were going to split into the curses line for support, I would bring [Enfeebling Blood], [Mark of Pain] and/or[Barbs].

Eh, but those skills are better used on an actual curses hero imo.
