It's something I already ran in RA, and very fun indeed.

But what do you mean with '(remember, glimering trigers dw)' ? It's Phantom pain that causes the DW and this has nothing to do with glimmering afaik.

EDIT: Thanks for clarifying, I should play mesmer more often huh.

he means that as soon as phantom pain stops you get a deep wound BUT you still need dmg to trigger that deep wound...thats were Glimmering Mark comes in

Put phantom then conjure, unless you're expecting mass hex removal. That way you don't neccessarily need glimmer to kill with DW, although it definitely helps.
