If it is Fire you are talking about and you want the highest DPS for FIRE. Then this seems to be the biggest output of AoE Fire damage. It does require one hero however just because you will be using 3 elites on your bar during its Nuclear times.

YOU -- Fire 12+1+2... Energy Storage 12+1
[Arcane Mimicry][Fire [email protected]][aura of [email protected]][mindbender][ebon battle standard of wisdom][glyph of [email protected]][arcane echo][searing [email protected]]

Hero Ele -- Air 12+1+1... Energy Storage 12+1
[elemental [email protected]][Air [email protected]][aura of [email protected]][shell [email protected]][lightning [email protected]][shock [email protected]][blinding [email protected]][lightning [email protected]]

Ok now keep in mind that you can basically use any Dual Attunement build for your hero (water snare, earth ward, fire nuke, air utility) But the reason i like the air is because of the cracked armor which makes your Fire hurt that much more.

This is what your build looks like while spamming.
[Elemental [email protected]][Fire [email protected]][aura of [email protected]][Mindbebder][Ebon Battle standard of wisdom][Glyph of [email protected]][searing [email protected]][Searing [email protected]]
{Note the key skills} [Elemental Attunement][Fire attunement][Searing Flames][Searing flames]
All other skills add utility to decrease/remove downtime of build and increase the rapid fireness of [[searing flames]

When i use this build Enemies seem to just disappear off the field. It feels like im just erasing them. The build does have less than 20 seconds of downtime while waiting for [[arcane mimicry] to recharge.

if you dont want any downtime, you can always use this as your main build: Fire 12+1+1... energy storage 12+1,,, air 3+1
[Arcane mimicry][Fire attunement][glyph of swiftness][arcane echo][searing flames][snow storm][you move like a dwarf][finish him] Use [[glyph of swiftness] to fuel [[arcane mimicry] and [[arcane echo]. and just use your pve skills while your nuke is recharging.

I like Air Magic. Vanquished all of 4-member areas in Tyria with it.

You might want to re-read the title of the thread. He asked for HIGH FIRE DAMAGE. not a hard mode ele build..
And the downtime on that build is about 10 seconds. 15 seconds after you count cast time.. (not quite the half hour you claim)

I invite you to try to run that build before you prematurely judge it. I have played a fire ele for over 2 years and that is by far the highest damage output that i have ever seen. Yes it does take about 5 seconds of preparation at the very beginning. but then its all 1 or 2 second renewal.

if a mob can survive long enough, you output well over 100 damage per second (plus constant burning) for 20 seconds.
While arcane echo is recharging, you output over 100 damage every 2 seconds (plus constant burning)

When you are using [mindbender] you rapid fire searing flames even faster than 1 second per cast.

Since your Elemental attunement lasts over 60 seconds that covers most of the recharge time for arcane mimicry. And if you use [[glyph of swiftness] or [[ebon battle standard of wisdom], you end up with no downtime at all.

Its a little less than the half hour which you said may take to figure out how to cast the build. For you i would recommend [[flare][[firestorm][[lava arrows]. thats probably a little more your speed.

Air magic is good for HM. nice utility. Ive achieved legendary vanquisher using
[fire attunement][glyph of swiftness][meteor shower][liquid flame][pain inverter][assassins promise][you move like a dwarf][finish him]
and
[deadly [email protected]][mark of [email protected]][enduring [email protected]][pain inverter][assassins [email protected]][you move like a dwarf][finish him][sadists [email protected]]

the first build is pretty simple.. the second build is great if you are running a discordway team (it is an ele build BTW even though it has no ele skills. The 95 energy makes that build extremely spammable.)

Tenai's Heat, Searing Heat, Savannah Heat, Arcane Echo, Glyph of Elemental Power, Elemental Lord, Mark of Rodgort, Optional, Optional. :]

Earth isn't really the powerhouse element. :[ And I'm still working on a bring the pain water build, that's going on about 12 "F@#$ it! This build sucks." rounds. xD

Try these fire skills: [Lava Font] [Flame Burst] [Fire Ball] and [Rodgort's Invocation] highly spammable.:

I find that with their fast recharge time of 4, 5, 7 and 8, they can cause a considerable bigger amount of damage, provided if your monk doesn't freak out that you charge into a mob playing an elementalist.

Rodgort's follow by fire ball or other way around depending on the mob size, if you have them all ball up, use Rodgort's first, if they are behind a wall, use Rodgort's as it ignore them/obstacles, fireballs is unable to use if your behind a wall so make the judgement as you play which to cast first, charge into certain death (if you successfully cornered them), the bigger the mob the better, spam lava font and flame burst, ideal if you have a water ele to freeze them.

must have dual attunement. that leaves you with 2 slots where you can consider, depending on what your task at hands are, bring extra heal for harder area or cap sig or be a nuker at the same time or a rebirth, my favourite is E/A shadow step (death's charge comes into mind) into a mob quickly would save alot of time while keeping them balled up.
