All-around Ele
Hey guys, I noticed that the recent update that changes many elites had changed Master of Magic to "for X seconds, all your elementalist attributes are set to 12 and you gain 1-2 energy regen"
I have been forming a build with that as its major role. Pretty much a constant nuke/spike/damage casting build that involves skills from lightning orb to meteor shower.
With MoM, all you need is one rune for energy storage, which opens your armor to all attunement runes. I put radiant insigs and attunement runes to my armor. With 16 ES, and the runes and insigs, i have roughly 102 energy, with a +20e staff.. well, that's a lot of energy. With the +6 energy regen, you can preform constant casting. I'm still toying with the idea, and I'm sure people have already thought of this but I'm just putting it out there.
Another idea is a support bonder. with +2 energy regen with MoM, you can have 6 enchants being maintained. Just another idea.
I'm free to hear any of your ideas!
Thanks guys

If you are using MoM, don't use radiant insignias use prismatics for extra amour.

for protection bonder, use [ether renewal]. best elite for that role for an ele imo. and MoM builds have a couple fun builds, but that's about it. if MoM gets stripped, you're screwed.
and yea, never a need for such a large energy pool.

It sounds interesting, but like Shursh said; if it's stripped, you're screwed :P
You may want some +HP on your armor too.
Otherwise, great idea

A MoM build is better suited to making an ele that can provide massive utility.
Something like...
[blurred vision][master of magic][ward against melee][enfeebling blood][glowstone][deep freeze][water attunement][resurrection signet]

Yeah I was thinking a support type like that also. There's a lot of things that MoM can fit into, I'm just thinking of a few. Thanks for the input guys.

[[master of magic] is kind of bad. I haven't found a single build with it that a Mesmer with [[signet of illusion] couldn't do better.
If you want to use two elemental lines then there is no need for MoM, you can bring them to a good level anyway. So for MoM to be worth it yu'd have to use at least 3 elemental attributes. I haven't seen a good build with that, either.
If you want to go MoM then prismatic insignia are the way to go. Massive armor boost is way better then the small energy gain
