Hmm I have been away for awhile,.. but I remember it having a 20sec recharge,.. not a 30.

Well slow would imply that I've been keeping up, which I haven't at all. I'm just now kinda getting back into the game and noticed this nerf.
Just thought it was funny that they'd nerf this when all I see are permas running around everywhere. =p |

It has been nerfed. I suggest you go read the updates on wiki, starting from when you last played.
