dont worry about builds till your lvl 20 with both attribute point quests done, from there get a few elite skills and use PvXWiki.com as a build reference for whatever your doing.

I will literally wipe all your skills.
-Flare: This is a very poor damage dealer compared to other fire skills.
-Inferno: The biggest problem is the range. An Ele next to a level 28 Burning Titan isn't a good idea.
-Meteor: This is good, the problem is the huge recharge. Dealing fast, big damage in PvE is ideal. This lacks the fast part.
-Flame Djinns Haste: Same problem with inferno. Unless your build needs close range I HIGHLY suggest against it.
-Resurrect: Simply no, it's a free and cheap rez. However There are monk resurrects that out does that completely even with 0 points put into healing prayers.
-Protective Spirit: It's ok, depends on what you are doing.
-Glyph of ???: I'm not sure if that is Glyph of lesser energy, I didn't look.
Aura of Restoration: It's Good.
It seems you like fire, luckily Fire Spells pump huge damage.
However I don't use fire, I focus on support and with a bad team your monks will kiss you if they could. (Keep in mind this is what I use, you can completely ignore it.)
The idea is simple.
The 4 enchantment maintain energy allowing you to spam high energy spells and cast them fast thanks to MindBender. Use Succor on the monks or anyone who will run into energy problems. Great Dwarf Weapon is Obvious, pump major damage and keep foes on the ground.
Same principle as above, but a lot more focused on defense and frontline attackers. You would be amazing at the work of a Locusts Fury sin with this combined build.

I'll guess he doesn't have GWEN, or time for title grinding.

reroll war and gogo frenzymending
srsly tho
1st of all, if you want to be a Fire dude, bring fire attunement... it really helps alot with energy management and doesn't require a lot of skill. Yes, there are better ways to manage energy, but they require more skill.
Also, don't use any very-long casting spells. I remember when i started, i was so happy with my meteor shower, but the foes would just move out of it and i wasted 5 seconds, 25 energy and 10 points due to exhaustion.
Since you are playing Nightfall, I advise you to go capture Searing Flames. Its the meta, which means its good.
