I tried a Selves HM run with the mesmer setup and it was pretty bad. The ledge with the priests took a long while (yes, I killed them all as I did on the other runs). Since heroes tend to attack what you call, unless you manually assign them targets, it was difficult shutting down multiple casters in groups. Real mesmer players (as opposed to heroes) would definitely have worked better. The time I ended up with was somewhere around 50+min.

When I VQ'ed the southern shiverpeaks and faced groups with 2 (or more -.-) Doylak Masters I locked Gwen (running Tease+omination Skills) on one doylak and called the other one to heros/henches. Complicate did a great job shutting down groups of healers with the same build. Try it, that bit of microing makes a big difference.

I'd give the necro blood is power instead of lingering curse. That's much more useful for a team of eles. Then, drop all the energy management skills and replace them with something else. Maybe some more prot spirit, fall back, weaken armor... maybe necrosis or a few of the ebon vanguard wards for the human player...
I'd also drop one of the fire eles and make into a hybrid earth/water user. Unsteady ground and deep freeze are really nice for trapping monsters inside other aoe spells.

I know you're talking HM dungeons, but I just wanted to concur with this for the NM people. Discordway + 3 SF heroes = pwnage.

I decided to revisit this group-setup, but subbed in a Shared Burden/Illusion mes in place of the LC-necro, and redid Rragar. I came out with a very minor (1 min improvement on both levels 2-3) compared to my last test. However, I did have more deaths on this run. This probably was attributed to me not spending enough time setting up the SoS and flagging prior to engaging the larger enemy groups.

I've played around with ele teams a lot since the hero expansion + mercenaries, and I've found the best line is Air. With 2 eles running blinding surge, 2 thunderclap and 2 invoke, plus the other conditions/effects the air line supplies, foes are blinded, dazed, weakened, cracked armored, and kd'ed to they point they aren't doing much to hurt you. The only thing the air line really lacks is snares, but it does the best direct damage due to AP, and kills much faster than burning. Its also fun to watch the lightning bolts rain down from the sky.
