Well I,m wondering if it is possible to get geared in this game just by grouping with players ? I don't feel like making a "farming build" I'd be happy if I could just play a damage ele with poeple.

Also anyone can point me a good elemental build ? (for good DPS in group )

I'm not sure what you mean by getting "geared." You buy armor from the armor trader, runes from the rune trader, and weapons from weaponsmiths or collectors. So yes, you can earn the gold and the materials to buy these, just by playing with other people.

As for the Ele build, always check the wiki: http://gwpvx.gamepedia.com/Build:E/any_EA_Fire_Nuker . But replace Meteor with Fireball.

As a noob elementalist, I'm going to recommend you play concentrate on getting a pretty full set of skills then trying then out in NM. That way you get some idea of what they do, how effective they are and how to manage energy/recharges etc. For NM, fire is pretty much effective - the AP builds above or something like Searing Flames/Glowing Gaze will pretty much do. By the time you get to HM, you will probably need to be more creative (and should have the experience/skills). Earth is my line of choice for that, others favour AP fire or even air. Sadly, water is pretty suboptimal in most situations.

And get some EotN skills like EVAS etc.
