ele/caster general rune/insignia set?
what rune/insignia set is mostly used for general pve for a ele?
im not only asking about a nuking fire ele, or a spike ele, im also asking about a ele that is sometimes using their 2ndary (caster) professions and make a full build with those skills.
so the question is, whats the general set of runes/insignias that a ele can use and still benefit from the sets even if he does the following roles:
-ele nuker
-ele spiker
-e/mo healer/proter
-e/n mm
-e/rt ss/restoration
-e/me domination
hope my question isnt as confusing as it sounds...
I was thinking about using
5xblessed insignias
-energy storage rune on head
-rune of recovery on arms (reduces dazed and deepwound duration)
-rune of vigor on chest
-2x rune of viate on pants and boots (cause +20hp is ....better than +4 energy from 2xrune of attunement?)
idk..those seems like something a e/casterproffession would benefit most from no?

The only thing I would suggest is put e-storage on gloves instead of recovery (your heroes/teammates should get dazed/DW off with spells before the rune would be any use. And then you have a variety of non-elite headsets carrying whatever attribute you're focusing at the time. Earth, fire, whatever, just swap 'em according to build. Doesn't cost much. Hell, include an e-storage one if you want, and even an alternate pair of gloves. When you use an element that way you'll get the +1 e-storage from the gloves, and +2 (or +4 if you're rolling Spiritway with vital weapon spam) to your main attribute, and you can always switch to e-storage head if you need.

well..it does make more sense.
But the thing i was aiming at was to have only 1 set of armor (5 peaces in total) to serve as a general armor i could use that would benefit all types of caster skills.
as in, instead of having fire, air, earth, water +4 head gears to switch around when i change builds from element to element...to have a simple +2-4 energy storage head to have more energy while focusing on different 2ndary caster professions as well as my own elements at any given time.
tnx for the reply

Why are you so keen on having just the one headpiece?
As Zahr said, if I were you I'd get a full Blessed/Survivor set, best Vigor you can afford on chest, a spare set of gloves with minor eStorage, and 1 head for each Att you use, with a rune of that Att as you see fit. Vitae runes on all spare slots.

So, first thing:
You buy a Fire, Air and EStorage headpiece. They're cheap, so you might as well one of each.
You put Superior Runes of the same element in both the Fire and Air headpieces (for the damage builds).
I'll get to the EStorage headpiece in a second.
You put Blessed Insignia on all armour pieces (including head pieces).
You put a minor EStorage rune in the gloves or boots.
You use the best Vigor rune you can afford and use Vitae everywhere else.
Recovery isn't really worth it because a few fewer seconds of Dazed/Deep Wound won't really help you and Dazed is pretty rare anyway.
Now, for the EStorage headpiece.
If you're going to be using Ether Renewal spam builds a lot (particularly with Prot Bond), then stick a Superior ES rune in here and buy another pair of gloves with a Vitae rune to swap.
Otherwise just stick a Vitae rune here and don't bother.

Won't work nearly as well; just get the headpieces and runes as you need them.
On the bright side, you don't need to worry about Earth and Water, so it's only two extra head pieces (Earth has some very niche uses and Water is trash).

But you're an Elementalist. You don't have good-looking headgear like, say, the Warrior or Ritualist. You have a glowy aura or a floaty gem. It may as well be Hidden most of the time. You don't need one to match your armour, if any of them even really do "match" armour at all! There's no reason not to swap headsets as an Elementalist when you can make cheap max stat headsets to use.

Do everything Xenomortis explained.
I mostly use one armor set with different head gear for the various elementalist attributes. It keeps it simple. I just have one other armor set just for a specific build like Ether Renewal spam (to help get 124 or whatever energy I aim for) or a set of gloves for a boost of Air for few specific builds.
