Some of the skills that have to do with losing enchantments, like pious restoration, could be useful if you use aura of the lich, otherwise I can't see any synergy between the to classes.

3 Dervish with Mark of Pain. Granted, the enemies are going to run, but hitting for about 120 additional PBAoE damage would be nice!
