Not bothering to read the posts before... most seem to be off topic nonsense... but I haven't had ANY enemies flee me on my dervish. Even after using Grenth's Fingers twice in a row on a big Iboga mob. Don't know what you're complaining about, m8.

Dervish will probably the most powerfull farming charecter and team player since if you had a fiery scythe and used mark of rodgort and conjure flame on a large mob ull deal alot of damage lol.

Is there a philospher's forum here? My old transformers site had one, the insomniac games forum had one and the ace combat one had one too. Thats where people who disagree should go if it has nothing to do with the thread. Its always the same topics, war, religion, science, Bush (among other politicians) genetics and ethics. Each philosopher forum failed because of lack of control, all sides would let emotion take hold and flame wars started.
I was thinking Firey Scythe, Conjure Flame and Mark of Rodgort.

kinda offtopic here but...
the new AI is even dumber and predictable IMO, just annoying in PvE teams but once you learn what and when they do stuff, it actually made farming easier in some aspects
still i think they should fix it in PvE, all the running around (specially the super running monk mobs that can outrun a sprinter without any skills~) is EXTREMELLY annoying

It did happened to warriors... try using an axe lately Takes forever to kill a mob.

LOL.... funny you start with gravity. Relativity works much better, but gravity is easier to get a grip on, and your still wanting for a creator in all that which you mention anyhow.

So...what is it ANet wanted to do eh? Make it so solo mob farming is imposible now? Make teamwork a priority? Make it look like AI is smarter (so they look smarter to program the smarter mobs)?

The Dervishes main attack isn't AOE its hitting target and 2 adjacent foes just because you hit more than one foe with an attack doesn't make it AOE or 100 blades triple chop and cyclone axe all would be considered AOE

i've had no problems with my dervish they just stand there and take hits.

i was doing the rune farm cuz i got bored of questing and out of 5 ettins, 2 would run when i would use cyclone/tripple chop. it didnt hinder my run at all.

funnily enough, ever since i play NF, i notice that melee mobs are drawn to my, instead of running away...
are you sure you tested the "walking firestorm" theory?! because it never worked for me...
