Although I'll admit to not having played as Dervish for very long....although I have virtually completed all 3 campaigns with her... I found this build to be fantastic:
I have a D/Rt
Mystic Regeneration
Zealous Renewal
Heart of Fury
Aura of Thorns
Avatar of Lyssa {E}
Chilling Victory
Eremite's Zeal
Flesh of my Flesh
[skill]Mystic Regeneration[/skill][skill]Zealous Renewal[/skill][skill]Heart of Fury[/skill][skill]Aura of Thorns[/skill][skill]Avatar of Lyssa[/skill][skill]Chilling Victory[/skill][skill]Eremite's Zeal[/skill][skill]Flesh of my Flesh[/skill]
Avatar of Lyssa gives you the extra energy to put the enchantments up to begin with, although another elite may work better (like I say, I've not played too much). Mystic Regen helps keep you alive, Zealous Renewal + Heart of Fury help with energy gain and gives you a faster attack speed. Aura of Thorns cripples, which I then strip with Eremite's Zeal which regains all my energy and causes the foes to bleed. Avatar of Lyssa seems pretty deadly with it's +50 damage to foes activating skills and a faster attack speed.
Once you get started if Avatar of Lyssa falls off energy is no longer a problem...but I feel it's nice to have the +10 energy to stick up the 30 energy-cost of the first 3 enchantments. I switch the scythe mastery skill to whatever may fir the situation, although chilling victory is one of my favourites. I used to be pretty skeptical when it comes to the Avatars...I thought they were a bit gimmicky but my mind has been changed...I love Avatar of Lyssa.
I guess Aura of Thorns could be replaced with any other "Put-on, Strip-off" enchantment such as Heart of Holy Flame. I just don't like things to be able to run away from me. *cough* Kournan Priests *cough*
As for Attributes, I can't remember exactly. Something like:
Scythe Mastery: 8 + 1 (I use a req 9 scythe...so I just keep 9 in Scythe Mastery)
Mysticism: 11 + 1 + 3
Restoration Magic: 3
Earth Prayers: The Rest + 1
As for the question about Riposte - dunno...I have no warrior...
