I have seen this build ran a lot in TA for some strange and unknown reasons. Sure, Necro with a Scythe with 15k Luxon Armor looks pimping, but the build offers a little.
It's just a regular Reaper's Sweep build with SR. I really don't see the need of using SR on a Dervish, since with Dervish Primary, you should NOT have energy problems.
It's probably not a serious build, but no one has commented on this so far. Thought I throw it out and see what kind of opinions I get on it.
Again, I could be mistaken about the usage of this build as I did not make it and never ran it. It could be good, but so far I don't see it.

At first I was playing in RA waiting for my regular TA people to wake up... I saw about 3 different guys.
I was like.. hmm must be a RA thing.
Then I went to TA and actually saw 6~7 people.
I was like O.o
So I called up one of my friends who plays HA frequently (actually that's all he plays), and he told me he has seen this build a lot recently too.
Thought someone would know about it, but guess not XD

maybe a meleemancer with a scythe? were you sure they used reaper's and nor aura of the lich?

You will see no end of retarded builds in RA/AB/FA/etc. This is one of them.
