the health sacrifice from a superior rune is laughable when compared with the difference it makes. the only acceptable time to use them(imo) is reaching breakpoints like 15 myst.

Tried lyssa long before I used the scythe attack elites and Lyssa out dmgs them all the time. And the deep wound can be dealt with by as alex said finish him
