no, it should be used never. Pious hastes is a better speed boost if you have no spell threats, and youll want VoS if spells are a threat.

What is AoF btw? Can't recall a proper skill here :/
My Lyssa bar goes like that:
[skill]Mystic Sweep[/skill][skill]Eremite's Attack[/skill][skill]Protector's Strike[/skill][skill]Rush[/skill][skill]Heart of Fury[/skill][skill]Avatar of Lyssa[/skill]
Rest in PvE is: Eternal Aura and AoHM
Rest in PvP is: Faithful Intervention and Watchful Intervention.

Wow that's really...bad.
Try this and see how it goes.
1. Avatar of Lyssa
2. Aura of Holy Might
3. Heart of Fury
4. "I am the Strongest!"
5. Mystic Sweep
6. Eremite's Attack
7. Wild Blow
8. Optional
Go check out the Hero and AI forum and use Sab's three nec hero team along with this and you will cruise through the realm of torment like it's noob island.

I used to DoA a lot and this is what I used. Seemed to work pretty well; I assume it'll work fine in other tormented areas.
Wearying Strike
Victorious Sweep
Wild Blow / Mystic Sweep
Heart of Fury
Imbue Health
Avatar of Melandru {E}
Eternal Aura
Sunspear Rebirth Signet / Death Pact Signet

What the hell are you on about? Why is Pious better for running? AoB halves damage and has a very long duration so why is Pious better?
And read my damn post, I said LOW - MID level running. Obviously Southern Shiverpeaks is not LOW - MID level

I've used AoB running from Beacon's to Drok's plenty of times without any problems. It may not be the best or most efficient way, but it certainly gets the job done.
[skill]eternal aura[/skill][skill]avatar of balthazar[/skill][skill]"I am unstoppable!"[/skill][skill]mending[/skill][skill]remove hex[/skill][skill]watchful intervention[/skill][skill]mystic regeneration[/skill][skill]faithful intervention[/skill]
There are certainly better options for hex-heavy runs, but I've had no problems in the Southern Shiverpeaks with it. I also used to use it in HoS chest runs before they changed the way powder kegs are given out.

Mending? Giggle.
I'd be tempted to avoid that just for the stigma it brings. At any rate, running builds are not exactly something most people need.

Well common sense works here, Southern Shiverpeaks is obviously high end. You should be able to work out the rest

Avatar of lyssa is great for Torment. It'll easilly activate on creatures using call of the torment, killing them before they duplicate.

why is protector strike good for, just use victorious strike, you do more damage, you get health and the recharche is 1 sec slower

I won't bother posting a link to guildwiki, but try reading the description of lyssa.
How do you attain the bonus damage? Right, now look at the activation time of protector's strike.

if your counting southern peaks as high end then low end running (ascalon maybe?) requires no skills on your bar, i suppose you could use AoB then.

Well aside from missions, the only explorable RoF area is Perdition Rock and that's not that hard as there isn't any slowing hexes. The reason why I would advocate AoB for running is because it's easily maintainable and has lots of stuff rolled into one

Seconded. Especially when you have AoHM active; it utterly vandalises them.
Oh, and bring Wild Blow to deal with the Arms of Insanity too. They often use stances when they get low in HP - WB means you can kill them anyway.

Oh come on now it's not THAT BAD. I used to use a AoB build to run people from LA to Sanctum Cay with no problems.
