Drop Conviction, Mystic Regen and Mystic Vigor for [Eremite's Attack][Mystic Sweep] and perhaps [Faithful Intervention].
That's what I would do.
EDIT: v Switching out one of the attack skills for [distracting strike] is also an option yes.

You don't need 5 attack skills to be honest. I would go with a conjure, or utility such as an interrupt for Eremites. Yeah okay interrupts are attack skills but they do something besides damage.

go with attacks that have quicker recharges. you don't need 3 skills devoted to keeping yourself alive, well 4 really if you count reap impurities. go with [[mystic sw] or [[eremite] as has been suggested and [[victorious s] if you still want a little self healing.

Is this for general PvE purposes? AB? Do you have Factions? GWEN?
Anyhow, I'd recommend:
[Wounding Strike][Optional][Chilling Victory][Wild Blow][Aura of Holy Might][Faithful Intervention][Heart of Fury][I Am The Strongest!]

why using I am the strongest? comon that only adds 20dmg above the 150 from the scythe \
I would take that out and put 6 in winds and put attackers insight in it and optional reap impureties

[I Am The Strongest!] is nice because you can pre-shout it long before a battle, thus allowing you to use it in the middle of a fight right after it recharges. Also, because it's a shout, it cannot be stripped in any way. [Attacker's Insight] looks like a nice skill, but at 6 Wind Prayers, it only reduces the cost of 2 attack skills with a hefty 15 second recharge.

i'd recommend using a few enchantments, because a dervish has many uses for them. (such as self heals and using conditions on enemies)

oh, wait nvm. i was going to say using an avatar as your elite skill and build it around that. IMO it could be very useful.

I agree with faster recharge on attack skills, don't rely on skills that can be stripped (i.e. enchants - my mesmer eats up Derv enchants in pvp).
I disagree with Mystic Sweep, especially if you limit the number of enchantments you are carrying. For farming, because Scythes have the advantage of hitting multiple targets at once, it is really helpful if you can cause a condition with an attack.
But Sante Kim's question was valid as a builds "rating" really depends on what a build is for.

Mystic Sweep isn't used just for the damage, it's also used for the integrated IAS.

Hmm...I see your point, especially if you have any 20% faster recharge mods. I didn't notice the usage data. I was just looking at the skill description.

This leaves you with three open skill slots. I'd suggest a defensive skill or self heal and two attack skills.
Here's a more complete build to give you an idea of what it should look like.
[Wounding Strike build2;OgGikysMNTCgxcFUwKKDKuJAAA]
Added mystic sweep which is a nice quick attack to use after wounding strike to spike down a target.
Wild Blow as a utility attack can be replaced with something else depending on the area and the monsters you will be facing.
Great Dwarf armor for an armor boost to make you less squishy and for a life bonus. Can also be cast on other allies which is nice. Any defensive of self heal can be used here. Can also add an additional offensive skill if you are confy with the monks you travel with.
Here's a fun wounding strike build if you wanna bring a pet along for the ride.
