Hey, just got back into GW after almost a year of not playing and so I decided to make a Dervish because they were my favorite

so anyways, I finished NF recently but decided not to use the book cause I don't trust my wisdom due to lack of current knowledge

and so I ask you guys, what should I do with my book? sell it and just buy/make another one? or trade it in?

if it helps this is what my char is like

Also, if you feel my build is ftl then please tell me how I can improve it

eyes and claw of the forgotten are good scythes if you dont already have a vamp or a zealous. (you should be carrying both)

I dont like either skin myself so I wouldnt take them though...

Annnd if you dont mind me ripping up your build to much...
It looks like you have a superior rune somewhere? lose it. the health loss isnt worth 2 extra attribute points. also you dont need any of your earth prayers skills, lose that entire attribute line, the dervish is capable of so much damage that using a self heal is just going to slow you down. You should really have an IAS, [Heart of Fury] will increase your scythe damage as well as increase the output from zealous and vamp mods. [Aura of Holy Might] will also give your damage a huge kick if you can be bothered to even get rank 1 in kurzick or luxon.

dont worry though, its WAY better than the majority of players...

when you say carrying both, do you mean like switching between them if (for example) hp/energy is getting low?

also, I have another question:
if it makes a difference, whats a better inscription, 15%/^50 or 15% while enchanted?

type "book of secrets" on wiki and you can see all the choices if you turn it in.
If you sell the book, expect to get around 7-8k. If you see an item you think is worth that much, kill abaddon again and collect it. If not, sell it.

If it were me, I'd sell it, b/c greens are lame.

Yes, I mean switching between. most players will agree that physicals should carry an elemental set, a vamp set and a zealous set.

the elemental set is for warrior enemies with high physical armor and to use when not-attacking

the vamp is for when you want to output high damage and you dont have any energy problems.

the Zealous is for when you need to regain some energy or are using a high-energy build. (I sit on this set most of the time on my derv)

and as for the inscriptions I would say go with 15^50 because it gives you damage any time you would be attacking. if you are below 50% health you are taking to much pretture and should be kiting anyways.
