D/A running build
I was recently ran from Beacons to Grotto with all the stops. My runner was a graduate of TBA or The Blue Academy. He showed me The Forgerunner customized by Lady Blue Steel. I'm guessing given at graduation.
Back on topic, he had a very good build. I was wondering if this was common. I researched his skills and they seem to be...
Vow of Silence {E}
Harrier's Haste
Mystic Regeneration
Vital Boon
Harrier's Haste
Dash
Death's Charge
Fleeting Instability
Equipment: Malinon's Shield and a Totem Axe
Is this new? Or is it common?

So TBA's name is coming back up again eh? I say it's bull****. ^^ Feel The Slipstream is the one who taught me this build long before TBA even tried to run it. (I'm about 99.9% sure about this looking at Seraphim's posting date.) Even so there are more and more Dervish Runners popping up now-a-days AFTER Slipstream made up the build and ran like the wind and dazed many wammo beleivers. Either way I don't beleieve taht alll the credit goes to Lady Blue Steal period.

Hmm. not bad but , i would prefer Dervish/ War, as a running skill, equid with any +30 hp - 5(20%) ,, +5 E 20/20 enchantment+30 hp, or something close to that. I been running with dervish from beacon to droks with these skill.
Vow of Silence
FeatherFoot Grace
mystic regeneration
Fleet stability
Balance stance
harrier Haste
Enchated haste
and sprint..

most obvious running build ever... could have made that by looking at the skills for 5 minutes...
I still really don't like the death's charge part of this build tbh

Death's Charge is used to get past trolls and have no chance of getting stuck.

Yes, TBA is back and running. We are a very good and reliable guild. The Dervish that ran you was Vos Goes Dervish a very experinced runner, we know how to run. We make life easier@

Hiyas all, this is Vos Goes Dervish....
yes it proably was me who ran you, and heres my build (for Droks)....
Harrier's Haste
Dark Escape
Dash
Death's Charge
Mystic Regeneration
Fleeting Stability
Vital Boon
Vow of Silence (E)
Totem Axe and Malinon's Shield
Any armor with all Energy Insignias
7 Shadow Arts
11 Wind Prayers
11 Earth Prayers
12 Myticism
And I made this build a day after Nightfall came out, so i doubt "Feel the Slipstream" made this build before me. Although, I was not in TBA when I made the build, I ran one of there Officers, and was invited into the Guild. I graduated in 3 or 4 days, so that explains the customized Forgerunner. If you want I can make a in-debt post of my build, since I have plenty of time.

but now for South Shiverpeak Tour I use:
Holy Veil
Faithful Interventions
Mystic Regeneration
Vital Boon
Vow of Silence (E)
Harrier's Haste
Enchanted Haste
Pious Restoration
Same Weapon and Armor as above
12 Myticism
11 Wind Prayers
11 Earth Prayers
but once I reach Copperhammer Mines, I switch Holy Veil for Mending Touch and Pious Restoration for Extended Enchantments.

Because Vow only lasts 10-12 seconds (depending on your Myticism) so, while in the aggro of a Heretic, you need to recast. Crippling Anguish is the Mesmer Elite they use to slow you down, it's a One Second Cast. BUT the Heretics have stats in Fasting Casting, making it a 2/3 a second cast. Therefore the the chances of them getting a Anguish on you during the 1 second recast window is great. But Holy Veil makes Hexes twice as long to cast, making the cast great than 1 second, and keeping you Hex free.
