His builds are very good. About perfect actually (for NM).
For HM I'd switch [[Chilling Victory] for [[Victorious Sweep] but that's about it.

Of cause they should be run with [[Order of Pain] / [[Dark Fury] support and a [[Patient Spirit] Monk for energy management.

I think you kinda missed the point. however knowledgable he/she is, the elites are going to take loads of work, same with the title track skills. these are good, but for new players youre only likely to have one or two of the skills.
i suggest getting enchanments such as heart of holy flame and zealous renewal. then use eremites vow or twin moon sweep to quickly get yourself a bit of enery or set the nearby enemies on fire, and heal yourself. its best to let zealous vow sit on you for a few seconds to maximise energy gain.
