Depends on what missions you're doing. In Hard Mode, you need at least some knowledge on the type of monsters you will be up against.

If it helps you any bit, read this: http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/HM. It will explain what a basic template should do or at least be prepared for.

Not complaining or anything...but isnt it against the rules to post asking for a build?

Anyway, just look at skills and put 2 and 2 togeather, if theres a condition heavy area - > avatar of melandru. if theres an energy depriving area -> lyssa, if theres no specific attack form in the area, reapers sweep
