130 HP Dervish
So today I decided to try out the 130 HP Dervish build. I went and bought a set of 15k Sunspear, modded it to drop my life to 130, and then modded a Scythe for Zealous and Enchanting.
Testing out the build, it can survive in most places without breaking a sweat. But killing, I found, was an entirely different factor.
I'm relatively new to the game... perhaps I'm missing something important? Is this supposed to be a solo build? If so, I'm having trouble killing anything that has any form of self-heal whatsoever. I'm sure its not my gear that's the problem.
Thanks in advance for the help. I appreciate it. :)

Im guessing you got this build off PVXwiki. It should list a set of farmable areas, and the 130hp dervish from past experience is very slow at killing, and theres few bosses/groups you can kill because if they have self healing, your stuffed.
EDIT: http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build/Mo_130_Dervish
It has a huge list of farmable mobs/bosses there, and some with tips.

Wounding strike might be more effective than reaper's sweep due to its induction of degen, also since the build's elite is open look for more options to boost offense...
You might also be able to make an armor of sanctity/veil of thorns windwalker insignia tank type dervish as well, which could free up your secondary.
Or just make a 55necro SV ...

I've worked with 130 Derv, 55 builds and 600 smite builds and though Derv is my main, and I love her dearly, the build sucks in comparison with other farms. As you say it is possible to stay alive and to kill, but its very slow and inefficient.
Shame really.

You would be better off using a 55/ss or 600 smite build to do it, since they can generally kill the same things but 55/ss is atleast twice as fast, so overall more drops.

I see. So 130 HP is out the window. That's fine.
Thanks for your help, guys. I thought I was just doing something wrong. I never particularly wanted to farm Am Fah anyway, or whatever was listed on PvX.
Thanks again!
