Atleast replace Heart of the Holy Flame with Heart of Fury for more dmg.
Edit 1: And add in some superior runes for another tad bit more
Edit 2: Cold Dmg in HM isnt to good either, lots of that will be reduced by monster armor. So unless AoHM overwrites Grenth, that dmg will be meh at most. And if it does overwrite grenth, then Conjure Frost will be useless and not add anymore dmg.

Aura of holy might will negate Conjure Frost. No Ias. Nothing new to see here :-/

Like Bloody Dominator said, [[Aura of Holy Might] changes damage to Holy damage so you lose your bonus from [[Conjure Frost]. AoHM will help you do more damage than the conjure so you would want to keep that over the latter.
Now since you dropped the conjure, there's no reason to use [[Avatar of Grenth] as your elite anymore, so that frees up a new slot.
And if you want to do large amounts of damage, a skill you're really missing is [[Asuran Scan]. And with the new buff to [["Fear Me!"], I highly suggest using that to increase rate of critical hits to do more damage.
And now since you're maintaining a shout on yourself at all times, you can use the newly buffed [[Soldier's Stance] for IAS and blocking. So now that you're /W, you can bring [["Save Yourselves!"] so your party will love you.
On a side note, I find really little reason to ever use [[Heart of Holy Flame] outside of fighting undeads.

See Conjure comments above.
Avatar of Grenth isn't too bad due to its lifesteal, as you'll probably net more damage off AoG than Reaper's Sweep (which is better than WS for PvE). You'll want Eternal Aura for constant Heart of Fury anyways (unless running Drunken Master or something) so the Avatar can be maintained as well.
For a little less damage and more survivability, definitely go with ac1inferno's suggestion with Soldier's Stance, Fear Me, and Save Yourselves. SY is good regardless, but the SS/FM combo works great when you don't have a human Prot Monk for HM areas. If you're ignoring Mysticism (which you might as well since you won't need HoF) for a large Tactics spec, make sure to bring Soldier's Strike as one of your attack skills. It nets you some solid bonus damage, and the unblockable can really help versus a lot of annoying PvE foes (cough Kournan Bowman).
A last note on Heart of Holy Flame: When using a Scythe, you should probably be using AoHM anyways, which also converts to holy damage.

I've been running a Grenth build since it got buffed in PvE, and what I've found works quite well is:
Strength of Honor
Avatar of Grenth
Conviction
Aura of Holy Might
Heart of Fury
Mystic Vigor
Eternal Aura
Victorious Sweep
Running that at 15 (12+3) Mysticism, 12 (9+2+1) Scythe, 9 Smiting Prayers and 3 Earth Prayers. This usually nets 80-150 damage per hit in HM (with 20 Lifesteal on top of that; crits for around 180-220), with a maintainable IAS, and massive survivability. In NM you can switch out Conviction/Mystic Vigor for Asuran Scan for more damage; also helps massively if a party member brings GDW.

Been there done that (messed around). I don't like how dependant it is on enchanments and am personally having more fun with D/W Soldier Boi.
edit: I'll ignore your extreme arrogance, you're comparatively new here.

Is everybody here forgetting the fact that both life-steal and conjures are both armor-ignoring?

What makes you think that we ever forgot conjures and life stealing ignore armor?
In any case, before posting a build, make sure you skills don't conflict with each other (Read: Aura of Holy Might and Conjure Frost.)
Also, you're not really original. The generic Avatar build (which, in all honesty is better than what you've posted) has been up on PvX for quite a while.
Edit: Using Conjure Frost over Aura of Holy Might is a terrible idea. AoHM increases base weapon damage by over 20, which translates to above a 50% damage output, even at low rank. In addition, Holy Damage, while not armor ignoring, is also not protected against by any upgrades, which means that it's better than Cold Damage.

I think this whole thread screams at the fact that the Dervishs are in need of a buff. I mean Seriously? You have to take a /W(Crit Sythe Build) with a Warrior elite in order to compete with Warrior and Assassins ability to do damage with your own weapon. Not to mention the lack of defense in that build. ok blocking big woop.

warrior elite? Zealous vow is the money for a derv atm.. SY! is a warrior pve skill thats pretty much stapled to the good bars.

Ok, I forgot to mention Zealous Vow. No defense in that build either. If I want to run a "balanced" build, the Dervish really doesnt have much of an option. All the good defensive skills are in Earth, so here again you have to choose between damage or defense. My point: Warriors and Assassins have alot more available to them if they want balance, so should Dervishes.

Generally, the best frontline bars load up for damage and let the backline do the prot/heals..you dont take them your self. Its normally only the mediocre bars that rock their own heavy defence..
Warriors usually only have SY as party defence or urfshakur for shutdown. Sins crit agility for thats half for the ias.
Saying a derv is worse than war/sin because it cant take its own defence isnt really the problem.
