I personally am considering ditching IAS in the ZV build for 'Fear Me!' or Serpent's Quickness + Dwarven Stability (in situations where I can let go of 'SY!'). It seems speeding up every fourth hit isn't that glorious

i have taken skills from all of the builds given and made a new build ill post it when i finish the mission
