It might be possible with Symbiosis, but the enemies can benefit from the effect as well. 2k HP does jack when your teammates are dying (which they will since AI prioritize their targets based on who has the least amount of HP + armor, since you have 2k HP, they will run by you and attack your teammates).

Dervs have enough trouble dealing Splinter Barrage-level (IE: low) damage, the last thing they need is to devote their 8 skills to useless enchants.

That is what I figured it would be. I know it does jack for teammates when your monks could put their skills to better use by healing them or rezing them when things go sour. Yes monks have skills that can raise hp too. I was just curious about it though.
