with new derv patch one derv build stood out to me for pve so far i have

8 + 1 scythe
11 + 1 + 1 wind prayers
11 + 1 mysticism

avatar of grenth {e}
grenth's aura
grenths's finger
heart of fury
twin moon sweep
mystic vigor
*res
*????

the goal of this build is to steal as much life per hit as you can

right now in pve it will steal near 200 life every time you use twin moon sweep
12 from aog 22 from grenths aura 80 from tms 25 from mystic vigor and 60-70 health everytime you hit normally, which will multiply by 3 if your farming multiple mobs.

its usage

maintain avatar grenths aura and mystic vigor

keep heart of fury up for ias

use grenths finger as a cover incant to use twin moon sweep

would anyone happen to want to improve this build?

The attack rate was reduced Life infusion. If I recall Ensign says it's 1.5 now.

I like Lyssa myself, I spam flash enchants like it's going out of style.
Why not run a Dwayna build and check out the healing?
Since your in wind prayers already slip lyssas haste somewhere in that

Healing != life steal. Self-healing on a scythe build is near-worthless. Life steal is armor-ignoring, prot-ignoring damage.

Unless you pump Mysticism to absurd levels then it's not going to be that much life steal. It's 11 at 11, hardly something to write home about. You're better off with wind prayers and grenth's aura, IMO, although it's additional damage rather than conversion.

Outside of the pious renewal + AoHM interaction, I'm not seeing a better pure damage elite, and neither does obs mode. The free disease is somewhat relevant with it being adjacent, very easy to apply, and being disease can spread beyond adjacent.

i actually added/dropped a few skills and its starting to work really well i turned my res skill into eternal aura so it party reses when i die
added victorious sweep
im able to take most groups solo now that dont have a ton of kd/blind
