Just a note: Direct HP gain is always better than Health regen unless you're hexed with stuff like scourge healing. Mystic Vigor will heal more than 12.5regen (22.222HP/sec if you have IAS,25/sec with your 33% IAS, or 16.67/sec without IAS) if you have 2 other enchantments and HP regen/degen is capped at 10, so 20HP/s.

+30 armor to elemental is really marginal when you could just slap on Vow of Piety (+24). You're not triggering the end condition removal anyway. Armor doesn't stack after all (save for "I am unstoppable!"). If you have a SY! spammer in the team, the build absolutely is pointless: you're pulling a condition every time your Intimidating Aura & Mystic Regeneration end, which is once every 60s and 16s for a total of once every 12.63sec, or even less if you run an Enchanting modifier. It also converts your damage into earth damage, which is unfavorable in hard mode.
If it were up to me I'd ditch Melandru for Veil of Thorns if spell damage is really killing you that badly. I'd rather have Mirage Cloak to trigger the Avatar and also because it has block chance which is beneficial to you due to having 96-105 armor (70+15 windwalker+11 Mysticism+5 from scythe if applicable).
