Reap Wounds
I stepped away from Pious Spam just long enough to make a WS build.
[build prof=Dervish/Warrior Wind Prayers=3 Mysticism=12+1 ScytheMastery=12+1+1]["For Great Justice!"][Aura of Holy Might (Kurzick)][Rending Aura][Whirling Charge][Wounding Strike][Reap Impurities][Zealous Renewal]["Save Yourselves!" (Kurzick)][/build]
Template Code: OgGjkyqDLTXFyglbIYAYOXjbxgA
This is essentially the opposite of the Pious Renewal approach that Bandwagon and I independently worked on during the early days of the update. Instead of one flash enchantment that you can use to fuel multiple attack skills, you have one attack skill that can strip multiple flash enchantments.
MoD tests indicate it can meet or beat what Pious Spam can do against multiple targets (mainly due to Reap Impurities). The subsequent unnecessarily-complex math I did indicates it falls short in the single-target category, however.

Is that build prof tag supposed to be doing something? Do I need a browser addon? Sorry if this is common knowledge.

It used to work for everyone, but it was disabled (I think after an update some of the skills descriptions weren't kept up, but I'm not 100% on that).

I remember trying something like this earlier, but it was only on the master of damage, and as such I came up with no real conclusions, it is indeed beastly on groups, but I found that without the ability to kill all affected mobs the DW from Wounding was wasted.
The only problem with the build was that, unlike the Pious Teardown build, this build sucks royally vs single targets, so manly ball em up for good results!

That's exactly the conclusion I came to.
The purpose of Pious Spam is that it is effective against both single and multiple targets, putting it smack-dab in the middle between daggers (great for single targets, not so much for multiple ones) and VoS or 100B builds (annihilates multiple targets, might as well not even bother against individual targets).
So, Reap Wounds would fit somewhere between Pious Spam and VoS/100B.

The bigger problem is that the key skill to this build is really Reap Impurities, and Reap Impurities functions equally well on just about any build if you can convince a hero to bring Withering Aura (or any other method of condition spam in your party). So, why not scrap the entire WS build and just stick Reap Impurities on a PR bar (ex: PR, PA, TMS, RI, PF, SY!, FGJ, AoHM)?
While I'm on the topic of depressing news about dervish diversity, try calculating the AoE splash on TMS+VoS against realistic HM monster armor levels and compare to the AoE splash on Reap Impurities. Seems that VoS is never going to make sense outside of situations where it's supported by AP-MoP (or maybe EBSoH).

You said it yourself; Because you need someone else to bring a condition.

It's PvX decode. gwbbcode(gwshack) was shut down and updates were no longer available hence it's removal. It also bugged out occasionally and sent random coding in pm's.

But conditions are so cheap and easy for many classes, especially necros. I'd want Withering Aura on a hero riding along with any Reap Impurities build just because it allows me to spam RI as much as I want. If I've got a nice ball of foes and FJG/Dark Fury active, I want to be able to pound RI->RI->RI...->dead.
