Assassian Secondary, Necro, or Mes?
Just for role playing. If possible, farming, but I doubt it. This is strictly a for fun build.

i'm an a/me, but i don't use any mesmer skills.
i believe that at one point in the game, you'll be able to freely switch your character's second profession so it really doesn't matter.

When soloing most bosses with my assassin, I tend to use a warrior secondary, mainly for Wild Blow, Glad's Defense, Bonetti's, Heal Sig (when fighting chib-nec's), and Flurry.

I started using Phantom Pain as a hex then follow up with BLS>TF>IP>EA, I chose Entagling Asp because of the second KD as well as poison, then when PP ends another deep wound on top of bleeding and poison and the already deep wound that exsists from TW. Though not sure if the 2 deep wounds stack or not haven't paid attention.

Id go with the Necro seconadry, blood spells can keep you alive or curses can make you a plague. either youd sling conditions and degens or steal health. mes spells are too speced for my tastes.

I chose necro, and even though I barely use it, there are some really fun ideas. My fav's include spinal shivers + icy daggers + the ability to double swing Also, weaken armor can be a lot of fun. As long as you're just going for creative and fun, I'd recommend something like that. You can prob. make something more useful to a group or more devastating, but I'd try necro. You can always switch if you don't like it.

I would say Mesmer. I like two skills from the Necro - Parasitic Bond and Plague Touch (maybe enfeeblement too). But Mesmer has more abilities that help the Assassin.
Fragility (Illusion) - Inflicts damage when conditions are applied and cured. This is a Hex, which can be used for some of the Assassin's skills.
Inspirated Hex (Inspiration) - temporarily removes a hex and gives you energy
Mantras (Inspiration) - gives you defenses vs elements or physical damage
Inspiration Magic - another way to get energy for your combos
Illusion Magic - drain enemy health and weaken warriors (no adrenaline)
Domination Magic - hex removal, enchantment removal, and protection from a hex.
I have an Assassin, but monk secondary. I got the monk for mend ailment and rebirth.

Is this for the long run? I play A/Me mostly, but A/N would really have helped for the first part of the game.
