No twisting fangs = no kill.
But it's for interrupting right? I see spinal shivers?
Still, a boonprot would just CoP it off.

If you post a build, expect to get criticised on it.

Let's see...
Spinal Shivers
Parasitic Bond
Unknown Elite
Golden Phoenix Strike
Unknown
Unknown
Unknown
Shadows Refuge
I will have to see my skills to see what those pictures look like.
Depending on what you are fighting, if you are fighting a spellcaster, than I can believe in lots of damage. Against a well armored warrior, not so much.
Please let us know what those unknown skills are.
Thanks.

White head yeti: Damagewise, this is probably the highest there is on an assassin: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s....php?t=3072446
Movies are on www.putfile.com/yanman Don't judge the quality of some of the movies, look at the speed.
Also, lower dagger mastery to 15, get at least 13 critical strikes. Very important if you're running spinal shivers.

no defence eh?
a good build MUST have defence as an assasin, theres nothing worse than an assasin always dying, they make assasins look like noobs. i will say it simply, get sum defence, or u will die and hold back ur party, this build is crap without defence.

Thx for beeing informative
I think i didnt pick twisted fangs because its more dmg - but less hittin numbers (im focused on my shivers)
yanman,i realised my dmg isnt really the highest ,and that is why i posted...by the way i think that u posted is the build we had chance to choose once or we still do from pvp create character, and i think i even tried it once but never paid attention... (only some of those skills) - nice u added shock for knockdown
I think that dmg is like double mine, but still not good for spinal shivers since ur starting requires like 20 energy, and my only 5 for first 2 skills (to refund my shiver's 10 energy cost at start and start striking)
By the way i think that ur ideology of high dagger mastery AND critical strikes is right, and that is why i putted 16 on dagger mastery and 12 total on critical strikes - which i hope is enough
--
For pickme:
Skill bar starting from left side:
Shivers of Dread,Parasitic Bond,Way Of Empty Pain,Golden Phoneix Strike,Critical Strike,Black Lotus Strike,Repeating Strike,Death's Charge (not shadow's refuge)
For no damage tank:
I know its not a good build hehe...its only me loving it
Now im reading ur name and I cant do it without laughing considering to what u have told me (and ofcourse it doesnt mean ur not right about it)

Woohoo! 2 out of 8! Too bad that's not a passing grade.
The offense isn't that great, only because if you miss (from blocking or dodging) you must wait 8 seconds.
Do you ever worry about enchantment stripping?
You do have a nice build though.
I know you didn't ask this, but I will, why do you have 2 unused attribute points, and 0 points into Shadow Arts, but using Death Charge?

Get 13 critical strikes. This way you will get 3 energy, instead of 2. Or get 8.
8 or 13 are THE spots for crit strikes.
Hah! and that blackout sin uses signet of midnight + signet of malice ! I've thought of that too...as a joke That certainly should do more damage ( twisting fangs )

I modified a little bit ...it lacks on energy a bit...but more purposes...and i made this:
the 1 before last in corner is critical defences (68% blocking - for an extra defence in close combat because both critical strike and twisting fangs are dual (critic hits - 3 energy and increased duration of critical defence for an extra 6 seconds...and so on)
What you think about this

have u realised that No Damage Tank is a w/mo? i made it ages ago, i know that warrior and assasin builds, assasins especially, need a high def or u WILL die and be a strain to the monks, with monks having to revive instead of heal more ppl will die, then u will die again, this build would collapse a party with no defence skills!!!

I've recently been dreaming of a shivers interrupt build, too. Mine's not based off the wiki build, but rather just what I came up with. So, while it's a bit different, I thought I'd share it to see if it gives you some ideas, and maybe get some feedback for myself. One thing I think you might like is that it uses weaken armor. Since you already have points in curses, might as well use this as a cover hex, and let it add more damage (one of your big concerns).
Att's something like this:
13 critical strikes
11 dagger masterey
10 shadow arts
8 curses
critical eye
way of perfection
spinal shivers
weaken armor
locusts fury [E]
black lotus strike
way of the lotus
twisting fangs
should be pretty straight forward. I have yet to test it, but I expect that the crit. strikes level, crit. eye, black lotus, and way of the lotus should fuel enough energy. Locust's fury is there to keep hitting more often while my attack skills recharge. So basically, I have a hard hitting combo, then in the meantime, rely on weaken armor (if not stripped) and locust's fury to be doing the damage and triggering shivers.
Edit: Hehe... after all that, I realized weaken armor is worthless with icy damage... oh well.

try using rigor mortis instead of weaken armon,at lvl 8 curses,it enables u 14 seconds of unstopable hits (cant be evaded or blocked)..pretty cool

I had looked at both rigor and p. bond. Since it's the cover that is prob. gonna be stripped, I chose p. bond. Rigor costs more, takes longer to cast, and loses it's effect once stripped. P. bond has much more to offer with the heal when it's stripped, and because it's faster, so you can get an extra attack/interrupt in. Also, in a build where energy is short, the 5 less to cast is nice
