The Stance Assassin Build
I've only tested this in PvP, I've got killed 1 on 1 by two things. I was in a group most of the time. A degen Necro (gave me -10 degen) and Elementalist. (I had about 20% health gone and 1/2 energy) I'll write more when I study more PvP and test it in PvE.
Assassin/Warrior
Req. Droks is the best, any MAX daggers and some runes.
Critical Strikes 7 (+1) for energy
Dagger Mastery 10 (+1) for attacks
Shadow Arts 4 (+5) for Iron Palm
Deadly Arts 2
Tactics 12
Spells
"On Your Knees!" - Shout. Lose all adrenaline. If any adjacent foes are knocked down, all of your Stances are recharged.
Iron Palm - Skill. Target touched foe suffers 17 damage, and if that foe is suffering from a Hex or Condition that foe is knocked down. Iron Palm counts as a lead attack.
Gladiator's Defense - Elite Stance. For 10 seconds, you have a 75% chance to block incoming attacks. Whenever you block a melee attack this way, the attacker suffers 29 damage.
Heart of Shadow or replace for a attack spell - Enchantment Spell. Shadow Step to a random nearby location. For 60 seconds, the next time you take damage you are healed for 45 Health.
Defensive Stance - Stance. For 17 seconds, you have +24 armor and you have a 75% chance to "evade" melee attacks and arrows. Defensive Stance ends if you use a skill.
Jagged Strike - Lead Attack. If Jagged Strike hits, your target suffers from Bleeding for 7 seconds.
A Offhand Attack
Rez or Dual Attack
In this build you basically use stances, to keep you from taking damage because assassins arn't liked for there lack of armor. REMEMBER Stances don't stack!!
1) Use your stances.
2) Build up your adrenaline.
3) Use Jagged Strike.
4) The use Iron Palm.
5) "On Your Knee's!" To restart your stances, use Disciplined Stance last.
Ok, I've tested this build in PvE
Pro's
-take very little damage
-Can be tanking and won't die easly
-Can be a good distraction
Con's
-I lack damage giving
-when I do take damage, I'm lacking self heal.
-Not really a "great" Build for PvE, just good for doing some damage and being a big distraction and taking much less damage. Not annoying for Monks
Ok, after testing in PvE I relized the build needs some tuning.
Instead of Disciplined Stance, put Heart of Shadow Enchantment Spell. Shadow Step to a random nearby location. For 60 seconds, the next time you take damage you are healed for 45 Health.
However, This is harder to maintain with 1 less Stance, but I does do better. I'm trying to make a more distraction + damage + less hastle for monks (cause some say assassin's are tanking noobs). 1 more thing, Yanman.be, did you even try this build?

No Resurrection Signet, if you want to use a Twisting Fangs?
Iron Palm?
THREE stances? >.<
No teleportations, which are what is used to compensate for the Assassin's relatively weak armor?
Why don't Assassins just try teleporting?
This just about turns the Assassin into a subpar warrior.

This build sucks. I can't even start improving it.
Sure, it will work. But it sucks in a team environment.
