Assasins In Nightfall
Ive been hearing rumors that info was leaked that there would be new skills in nightfall for both assasins and ritualists to make nightfall look more attractive for players who only own factions. This makes total sense to me so im begining to get hopefull. Has anybody been able to find anything on this?
More on the speculation side, if they do add new skills what do you think theyl be like? Duplicates? More shadow stepping? Maybe theyd even add more armor to go with the desert theme.

It was officially confirmed by Gaile (see the dev tracker for the post... I'm too lazy to find it)
I'm hoping that there will be skills that better round off each tree (such as some form of healing in deadly arts so that it is actually viable to use)

Meh, they still look the same to me. So far the only thing good from the recent skill buff was blinding powder. The rest were utter bullcrap.

You mean to tell me that Shadow of Haste is bullcrap now?
Tell that to all the guys in AB that all mob together, run after you and then *POOF* "Where the heck did he go?" *lol*
Blinding Powder is hardly the only good improvement. Have you actually tested any of the improved skills? I'm just asking based on the fact that you said they all "look" the same to you.

Why? When Factions was released, the new classes and their skills came packaged with it. There was no skill support for the classes in Prophecies as they hadn't even existed until Factions. There is still no skill support in Prophecies for the sin and rit, even though Factions has been out for some time now. It's just logical.
So why would ANET include skills for the dervish and paragon if they didn't do so for the sin and rit in prophecies? It wouldn't make sense. The dervish and paragon will be supported in future instalments though, I would think.
The only "new" skills the paragon and dervish will recieve in Factions are the skills that every class is already currently using.

Perhaps you should read over the update notes again . The update opened up many new builds for me with the Shadow of Haste buff. Now I can use more then AoD as an elite .
