Crippling Sweep

If this attack hits, target foe is Crippled for 7 seconds for each Enchantment on you (maximum 10...18 seconds).

Malicious Strike

If this attack hits a foe suffering from a Condition, you deal +5...21 damage and this attack results in a critical hit.

Mystic Sweep

If this attack hits, you deal +5...9 damage for each Enchantment on you (maximum 30 bonus damage).

Sharpen Daggers

For 10...30 seconds, all of your critical hits cause Bleeding for 5...13 seconds.

Critical Eye

For 10...30 seconds, you have an additional 1...6% chance to land a critical hit when attacking. You gain 1 Energy whenever you score a critical hit.

Way of the Assassin

For 20 seconds, if you are under the effects of an Enchantment, your attacks have a +5...29% chance to critical.

Critical Defense

For 6 seconds, you have a 25...65% chance to "block." Critical Defenses refreshes every time you land a critical hit.

Feigned Neutrality

Enchantment Spell. For 5...13 seconds, you have +7 Health regeneration and +80 armor. This Enchantment ends if you successfully hit with an attack or use a Skill


~With this, you should have 16 + 37 + 7 = whomping 60% to Critical Strike.

For starters, your numbers are out. You get an extra bonus to crit rate from your ranks in Scythe mastery. It's about 17% at rank 12.

Mystic sweep is only going to hit for an extra 2 enchants (remember - Neutrality won't count), but it's still OK I guess. You could try swaping it for Reap Impurities, to take advantage of either crippled or bleeding. You may also want to try and find space for Assassin's Remedy, but it's not vital, and your defense seems good enough anyway.

Oo I thought Critical Eye and Way of the Assassin were Enchants, then in this case, Reaping Impurities would be better.
But still, the 77% chance to Crit makes up for it - I have no idea whether the Crit actually adds up this way, but from what I am seeing it should. I haven't had time to tried this build yet.
