Build: Singing Supporter
Profession: Paragon
Name: Singing Supporter
Type: PvE tested - most likely adaptable for PvP also
Category: Supporter with DPS
Attributes:
Leadership 10+2
Motivation 11+2+1
Spear Mastery 10 + 1
Skills Set
1. Ballad of Restauration (Motivation)
2. Aria of Zeal (Motivation)
3. Energizing Chorus (Motivation)
4. {Elite} Soldier's Fury (Leadership)
5. Healskill: Finale of Restauration (Motivation) or Mending Refrain (Motivation) or both!
6. Damageskill: Merciless Spear (Spear) or Wild Throw or Spear of Lightning
7. Utility Slot: Lightbringers Gaze, Cap Sig, or one of the above (see 5,6)
8. Res Sig (Sunspear Rebirth Sig for PvE of course)
Summary:
The build revolves around constantly puting chants up. Leadership needs to be specced high in order to gain enough energy, obviously.
The standard procedure is throw up 'Aria of Zeal' - which will stay up on yourself and benefit all casters imediately - followed by activating 'Soldier's Fury' in order to build adrenalin rapidly. Follow the called target and contribute decent DPS while doing so. As soon as you get the 4 strikes of adrenalin needed for 'Energizing Chorus' throw that up followed by either the Balad or the Aria.
From now on Energy is not a concern anymore and you can start to spread your Healskill. When useing 'Mending Refrain' it is all important to keep chanting regularly in order for the refrain to reapply itself. When useing 'Finale' it may be more efficient to "burst chant" and/or have your warriors bring and spam their own shouts such as 'Fear Me!', 'Shields Up!', 'Watch Yourself!' etc.
As mentioned above you can switch skills 5-7 around as needed. Emphasizing more on support healing or breaking stances or applying a deep wound. It is even possible to bring a skill or two from a secondary class of choice. Reduce Spear Mastery to 9 in that case in order to free some attrib points. Maybe even Reduce Leadership to 10.
As the Para isn't really good at rupting I used to play this build with Memser as secondary for a while and brought 'Power Drain' in slot 7. The extra energy is not really needed but can come in handy at times...
Notes & Concerns:
I have been playing this build for a few days in PvE now and absolutely love it. Managed to beat Abbadon in Master Time with a D/Mo and 6 Heroes. Just mentioning this in order to adress possible concerns as far as efficiency goes.
The overall effectiveness of the build is hard to measure and your ingame actions won't really stand out. I do believe that adding some DPS while providing your casters with some energy and everyone with permanent health regeneration makes this build worthwile though.
Also Noteworthy is the fact that the Balad can act like an instant AOE-Damage mitigation skill. Works great against those Thorns for example.
I will certainly test this setup in various arenas in the next few days and am anxious to hear the community's comments!

Here's what I run in pve:
Motiv 15, Leader 12, Spear 9, Tactics 3/Command 4
Blazing Finale
Energizing Finale
Anthem of Flame
They're on Fire
Watch Yourself/Go for the eyes
Aria of Zeal
Ballad of Restor
Song of Restor {E}
No self-heal and no rez sig (my heroes and hench have it, so I like to skip it).
Put blazing finale on a tank (or a ranged type if melee enemies attack them). Put energizing finale on your casters. Voila, no energy problems for your team and you should be able to keep quite a few enemies burning. You get 6e back per shout/chant. 2 of your chants are 5e and one is adrenaline based so you won't have energy problems yourself. I usually run Morgahn as a Command para with Incoming as the elite. You can handle large aggro w this setup.

Where is song of restore anyways? I heard it was in Garden of Selkeph or whatever, but on my account it's corrupted so I hope there's another location.

The Garden was corrupted for me too. But once I finished the game it reverted to normal. Not sure if there's another boss with SOng of Restor, but try looking here http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10068141
