[skill]Disrupting Stab[/skill][skill]Exhausting Assault[/skill][skill]Moebius Strike[/skill][skill]Horns of the Ox[/skill][skill]Feigned Neutrality[/skill][skill]Shadow Walk[/skill][skill]Dash[/skill][skill]Resurrection Signet[/skill]
Usage
-Pick a target, preferably a weakened one who's not adjacent to any other foes.
-Suprise him/her by using Shadow Walk on him/her.
-Use your attack combo and spam Moebius Strike -> Horns of the Ox if your target has less then 50% health.
-Use Dash followed by Feigned Neutrality to Shadowstep back and heal yourself if needed.
-Resurrection Signet speaks for itself, use it as soon as one of you allies dies.
Counters
Common melee counters like Empathy, Spiteful Spirit and Blind.
Block Stances/Enchantments.
Foes standing adjacent to other enemies.
Variants
The Shadow Walk/Dash combo is optional, these skills can be replaced by condition removers like Mending Touch or Plague Touch.
Disrupting Stab can be replaced by another Lead Attack of choice.
You can also drop Shadow Walk and use Impale instead, the Deep Wound it causes is very helpful.

Right. I'll make some comments.
Attributes - Perfect set up IMO. Glad to see 13 CS.
Self heal and rez - brilliant to see.
I do like the Shadow Walk/Dash combo BUT Deep Wound is pretty much NEEDED on an assassin - so if you want to keep SW/Dash maybe swap EA for twisting fangs? But then you don't have interupt...so maybe SW/Dash combo will have to be exchanged for impale.
Yea pretty good build TBH, will defo try it out in the arenas.

Yes, Moebius is an off-hand. But, some skills follow different attacks.
Read them again

Guys. New update.
Exhausting Assault now needs to follow a LEAD ATTACK!
So it's the order the OP posted it in. I kinda use the same combo on my Yanganssin, only I use [skill]Leaping Mantis Sting[/skill] as lead, and [skill]Death Blossom[/skill] as Dual Attack.

Have you encountered any problems by shadow stepping to a target, find you're taking too much damage and you can't cast Feigned Neutrality for another 20 seconds? Can this 30 second period be ended by cancelling Shadow Walk with Dash?

Yes, the "you cant cast any enchantments" only lasts when Shadow Walk is active.

This build isnt really meant for spike dmg, my main goal was to shutdown the target by Interruptuing/KD'ing em to death :P (great source of ragequitters btw xD)
It also depends on your team's damage support if you need the Deep Wound or not, most dagger attacks in this build dont really cause major damage tho... But the Dash/SW is a great way to increase your survivabiliy/mobility, so yea, it kinda depends on personal preference.
