... ¬_¬ ... Yanman seems to have stolen my "Pink Assassin" theme... whether that is directly or retroactively....

In any case ... I wear 15K Kurzick Nightstalkers... dyed pink (I believe it was orange + purple... or something like that)... male of course (I nearly had a heart-attack when I saw the female equivalent on April Fools Day... it is hideous).

But for the record... Assassin costumes that get the thumb UP from me:

#1. 15k Kurzick. ... If I didn't love it I wouldn't have bought it. Just the right combination of blades, plates and secondary colouration. It looks tough... rather than just jagged.
#2. 15k Exotic. Because I have a thing for organic armour, and because it looks entirely different to all other Assassin designs. Very awesome.
#3. Vabbian. Everyone likes it. It has a funky body design. I like the gauntlets / boots too... but for some reason they don't really seem to go with the blade-free nature of the rest entirely. O'course my opinion of this outfit has been going down since I discovered everyone else is after it. I hate being too cliché.

Assassin costumes that get the big thumbs DOWN from me:

#1. Fissure of Woe. It looks like someone in spandex got tangled up in a fence. I can't take anyone seriously who wears that stuff.
#2. 15k Luxon. I HATE lop-sided armour. There is no excuse to have shoulders bared or any of that crap.
#3. Imperial / 15k Imperial. Looks like someone tried to stick angel wings on the shoulders then shrunk them in the wash until they became tufts. They look totally out of place... truly absurd.

I'm not much of a fan of the Ancient porcupine look either.... let alone 15k Canthan (whose middle-of-chest blades are not only useless but look stupid too).

Or is everyone else playing female assassins? That would make matters easier for me. I have yet to see another male assassin in bright pink in-game.

I play with a male assassin... Currently he's in 1.5k Imperial dyed a very tasteful shade of blue/purple, with no plans to get any prestige gear. I like the basic imperial style

I know this might come out a little weird, but I got a piecemailing question for you guys. Would anyone happen to know if you mixed the 15k luxon legs with the 15k kurzik chest, would you get a dumb skin line between them? I really like the luxon legs look, but I really dont like the body. I don't want to buy em both eventually, just to find out I would still get skin showing (I don't like my characters showing skin where there should be clothes/armor).

I still hate imperial of all kinds.

The huge misformed yellow spikes with a bright red base around them, no matter what color they are attached to, is terrible looking IMO. I do like the leggings when mixed with ancient and vabbian, or sometimes 15k canthan though.

Also have 1.5k Kurzick gloves Yellow and light green.

Yeah 15k luxon dyed black... got it in 2 days for my sin

my most favourite armor mostly cause the spikes and hauberk on shoulder(atleast thats what i think its called)

I just purchased 15k Canthan for my male 'sin which I dyed silver and am very pleased with my purchase. Before that I had Shing Jea pants and legs (the lower half of the set is one of my favs, even if it is starter armor) with a Canthan top and Exotic hands. The coloration of the blades on the hands didn't match perfectly since I had the set dyed blue, but I still thought it was a decent combo.

In general the best (male) looking 15k sets, imo, are:

15k Canthan - Looks very stealthy and ninja like with just enough to it to give the set some flare.
15k Kurz - Very spikey, but spikey in a good way.
15k Lux - Only looks good in light colors (best is white), but has a really good looking mask.

Least favs:

15k Vabbian - It's a very sleak set of armor, but the metal blades look like pieces of junk tossed on as an afterthought and don't match the rest of the armor at all.
15k Exotic - The gloves aren't bad, but the rest looks like something out of some failed 80's cyber punk movie about guys on hover cycles in the future or something, lol
Ancient - While it's not a bad set if you just want to be able to say that you have the spikiest armor in the game, it's just not aesthetically appleasing.
