i know it's been around for while, but anyone know the build to farming luxon assassins outside of zos shivros? yes i've tried using the search function but i could not find it =/. if you can link the thread with the luxon assassin farming build, that'd be really helpful. thanks.

Pretty much any good farming build can farm them... easiest is probably 55 monk (or necro, but i dont have a 55 necro so i havent tried) with SS, but generic VwK builds etc can farm them easily as well.

What if I did the quest 'The Hoylcon Job' then there is nothing I can do to farm those Luxon Assassins?

Nope, other than having a person in your party with the quest, but then you'd be sharing drops.
