mesmers have the most votes for "worst profession" as long as this is a PvE debate. no one else has more checks in the "not so useful" column.

Agreed, after looking at your builds, you need to learn a lot, you far far from being Master of anything good.

those running with 3 superior runes better be using shadow form :P

well, they're really toast anyway if we're talking PvP or PvE with decent enchantment removal...

The assassin is not that bad of a class. I truthfully can only really play the assassin (with the exception of rangers).
you have to look at it tactically. look for people in the back lines, trying to hide. shadow step, then pull of a dagger combo, and get out of there.
quite simple. but it takes thinking.

Hah, if someone's still 'pro lol' enough to say that skill gap between Assassins is small- go to this whole Costume Brawl and play as AoD Nika/Anton.
Good sin will be all over the place, capping every single shrine and taking out targets (Steam on ele? Boo-freakin-hoo, Signet of Malice).
While bad A will get pwned by Shield Bash or Strip Ench

This topic keeps coming back lol.
Most people complain because they get killed by sins before they can even react :S.

Restating what has already been stated, probably every class takes more "thinking" than the Assassin.
But in terms of "bad", no, in no way is the Assassin bad.
